Hi! My name is Stan. I’m a professional photographer from Ukraine, based in Boston shooting weddings, engagements, portraits, headshots, families and events all over New England and beyond. I’m TOP-5 wedding photographer on MyWed in Boston. My photos were published in Forbes magazine. I am passionate about the craft of visual storytelling and have more than 10 years of working experience as a photographer and digital editor. I did celebrity wedding photoshoots in California and have successfully accomplished VIP photo projects in Los Angeles, Dubai, Tel-Aviv, New York, Kiev. Also I’m teaching photography and giving lessons.

I began my journey into the art of photography as a graphic designer and have a lot of experience both technically and creatively. I started my career in photography as an event photographer shooting nightclubs, parties, shows and performances. Over time I improved my skills in portrait photography developing a point of view on human subject which is a challenge for any photographer, requiring not just technical focus and excellence, but also the ability to be a good psychologist. Later I began shooting weddings and wedding photography is a very challenging job.

On any given job, you are a portrait photographer, a documentarian, commercial and architectural photographer. You have to be practiced in so many areas of photography. Practice is the key. I have photographed weddings now for over 10 years and I still have things to learn, I still practice and seek advice. But no matter how difficult a day is, it’s still good because I get to make photographs, and that’s my job!

My turnaround time on editing photoshoot is one week and two weeks for weddings. A travel fee may be applied depending on the location. I am available after-hours. If something extra comes up, I will likely accommodate. If you need something special we will get there! I love meeting new people and creating unique hi-end photos you need to stand out.
